What should I do to make my vape last longer?
How long the vape lasts depends on the intensity of each use. When the puffs are less intense, the vape lasts longer, as the battery is not used as much and the cotton coil system does not dry out as quickly.

How long will it take to receive my order?
After placing your order and making payment, your order will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours (working days) to your address in mainland Portugal.

How will I receive my order?
All our orders are delivered by transport companies. As soon as we send your order, you will receive a tracking code so that you can follow it up and know where it stands.

We currently ship to mainland Portugal and the islands, as well as Peninsular Spain.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to mainland Portugal and Peninsular Spain is €4.99 and to the islands, Madeira and the Azores is €7.99.

Can I return my order after making a purchase?
The customer may request the return of the product, subject to the following requirements: - The request must be made via e-mail: apoioaocliente@vapenebula.pt, within 07 days of receiving the product. - The product must be accompanied by the invoice. - We can only proceed with the exchange or return once we have received the returned product(s) at our head office.
